A Bit About Me
I have always been someone who enjoys working with their hands. As a kid, I tinkered away building things. As a young teenager, my uncle hired me at his cabinet shop. For a couple of years, I was the grunt boy, sanding and doing all the entry level woodworking stuff that the senior cabinet makers didn’t love doing. I enjoyed the work, but it wasn’t until I moved to the Tetons in 1999 that I really fell in love with woodworking. I got a job working with a local artist, who showed me a more creative side to woodworking. While working for him, I built traditional cabinets, while also working on art pieces. After hours, I would take the wood scraps and play with small projects that I could really put my heart into. My style evolved from there.
